Meggie Moench
Meggie received her POP Pilates instructor certification in the summer of
2016 and has been teaching weekly classes ever since. She first learned
about POP Pilates and Blogilates in 2013 and has been inspired and motivated
by the creator, Cassey Ho, as well as the enthusiasm and support of the
international POPster community. More than anything else, Meggie loves to
see students crush goals and make progress they never imagined they would.
POP Pilates is a total body, equipment-free workout that sculpts a rock solid
core and a lean dancer's body like nothing else can. Students challenge each
muscle group with pre-choreographed workouts to energizing music. The different
options available for each track ensure that POP is both accessible AND
challenging, whether the student is brand new to exercising or a trained athlete.
